We accept cash, or smartphone application PayPay , but not credit cards.
If you do not have a health insurance card, which usually covers 70% of the fee, you may need to have around 10,000yen when you visit our office for some urological trouble.

For those who are considering Vasectomy.

Vasectomy is legally allowed to a married man with two or more than two children.

We request you to visit our office during our office time for a check on your body and some questions.

If you have your health insurance card, you can use it for this first visit, if you don’t we charge you about 3000 yen including tax.

Then we arrange a time for vasectomy, which will be set from 12:45 on Mon., Tue. , or Fri.

After the operation, you need to visit our office after more than two weeks so that we verify there’s no sperm in your semen.

We charge 99000 yen including tax for vasectomy and verification, which is not covered by health insurance.

Our method is a very popular one. We use a scalpel to incise your scrotum.

For those who are considering Circumcision.

We do not conduct circumcision on children, but only on men over the age of 18.
Circumcision is not an easy surgery for me, if you cannot communicate in Japanese.
You need to understand the difference between retractile (pseudo) phimosis, for which we charge 99000yen,
and pathologic (genuine) phimosis, which can be covered by health insurance,
and also how to deal with the problems by yourself after the surgery, etc.
I am afraid I cannot explain those and give you enough information in English.

For those who are thinking to visit our clinic to consult about ED.

Health insurances do not cover ED treatment.

Our consulting fee for the initial meeting is 3500yen.

We provide Viagra ( Pfizer) tablets, which cost 1570yen per a tablet.

We can provide 10 tablets at the most for one visit.

From the second meeting, consultation fee is 2000yen.

If Viagra is not effective enough, or if you'd like to check/know the cause of ED or the relation of hypertension and ED, we recommend you to visit Yokohama General Hospital, where an ED specialist doctor works.

For those who worry about sexually transmitted diseases.

If you have the symptom of urethritis, urethral pain, I will check gonococcus and chlamidia.
For those who have no symptoms but have anxiety, I don't check any disease.

For those who want both sexally transmitted disease(STD) check, and ED treatment.

We need to make two accounts.
One for health insurance use, STD, another for ED treatment which is not covered by insurance.
